Fumes filtration system
Our plants can operate at very high temperatures without fumes emissions or unpleasant smells.
Upon request, we can add a fumes filtration and purification system: the fumes coming out from the afterburner, properly cooled, undergo a chemical-physical purification treatment, before their expulsion into the atmosphere, in order to reduce the content of pollutants to values compatible with those accepted by the authorities and required by current legislations.
The special attention to the environment has always been a peculiarity of Vezzani Incinerator.
This is the reason why studying and developing technologies aimed at reducing as much as possible air emissions has always been a crucial issue.
Vezzani Incinerator, thanks to its experience and technology, is able to offer different types of filtration systems that can meet any set limit.
Additional elements to fumes filtration system
Our fume purification systems can also be equipped with some additional elements such as:
- SNCR abatement system for NOx reduction (NOR20)
- RC20 heat recovery system
- Automatic heat exchanger cleaning system
- Continuous emission monitoring (SME)
