Pyrolytic ovens
Thanks to Vezzani Forni's experience in the production of industrial plants, we are able to design and create systems for the stripping of racks and / or for the removal of resins from electric motors.
The operation of these plants takes place thanks to a heat treatment process, called pyrolysis.
Vezzani Forni is able to produce a wide range of pyrolytic ovens, dimensioning them according to the customer's needs.
In fact, there are no limits to size and thermal power, while always managing to respect the limits imposed on emissions into the atmosphere.
The oven is equipped with a pyrolysis chamber and a post combustion chamber, useful for achieving the targets set by the various regulations in force.
Furthermore, thanks to the technological research in which we constantly invest, all the systems offered by Vezzani Forni have the possibility of being supported by energy recovery systems to ensure that they can be reused for the production of domestic hot water or space heating.
Our products can be equipped with multi-fuel burners (methane gas, diesel or LPG).
They are also prepared for technology 4.0 and for remote assistance, in order to guarantee a cutting-edge service in terms of assistance, information and advice.
These technologically advanced systems are made of painted carbon steel, with variable coloring according to the customer's requests.
